Trent Bridge Quays

The first step in establishing the Meadow Lane waterside regeneration. Trent Bridge Quays is a development of 95 apartments and town houses located on an ex-industrial brown field site just a stone’s throw from Nottingham city centre. The regeneration sets the standard for other developments to follow in the coming years along the Meadow Lane corridor – thoughtfully designed high quality masonry construction with a focus on brickwork detail, complimentary contemporary roofing and high-performance Scandinavian windows lend an air of quality to the development. The development is broken down into smaller constituent parts to retain a domestic feel through 5 apartment blocks, some with ground floor retail, the apartments are complemented with 25 town houses and new waterfront pocket parks opening up the river Trent to public use for the first time in this area of the city.
