Pebble Mill Masterplan and Plot 4 Clinical Building

The plot 4 clinical building sits within a larger health campus at Pebble Mill, a masterplan that Egon developed with Calthorpe estates whilst at BDP. The masterplan houses BUPA, Circle Health, NHS tenants, studenty accommodation and retail, plus new infrastructure. One of the final buildings to be developed on the site is a multi-tenant healthcare building housing a diverse pre-let tenant mix across 10,600sqm of accommodation. This includes private interventional cancer care (including one if the first MRLinac installations in the country) and a fully equipped NHS Dental day case theatres and surgery. This project was undertaken whilst with BDP.
